WARRANTY POLICY We, AIENDI (TIANJIN) INTL CO., LTD(the seller) set forth the following warranty policy to protect the interests of our customers and to eliminate our customers' worries in buying our products, and we promise the prompt warranty service always. This warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser of the products only. We hereby certify that all warranties on products are the limited warranties, and the warranties apply to the new products sold and marketed by the seller, but this warranty does not apply to the products provided by the seller but no charge to the buyer. The warranty period is different according to the products, and it is usually about 3-12 months. The buyer is responsible for the operating of the products as specified in the operating manuals. If a part defect arises, the claims for warranty must be made within the warranty period. The buyer is responsible to provide the defective products for examination by the seller in a condition that makes such examination possible; The buyer is responsible for the cost in buying new products for replacement when this defective product is under repair; The buyer is responsible for the expense of repair in case that the product is not covered under warranty. If the repair or the replacement of the warranted product is not possible, or will cost more than the value of the product being repaired, the buy can ask to receive either a reduction in the price of a replacement product, or the cancellation of the purchase agreement through the negotiation with the seller. The seller is not responsible for the failures resulting from operator's improper use or neglect. If the defective product is confirmed under warranty, the seller, at its own option, will either (1) repair the defect at no charge, or (2) exchange the product with a new product. This warranty is the sole warranties made by AIENDI (TIANJIN) INTL CO., LTD No agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
